This afternoon our visiting WSU students and faculty members were able to participate in a Jade Craftsmanship Workshop taught by Mr. 林銀火 and assistant teacher Ms. 毛皓亞.The were each given three pieces of jade -each with its own special function.
1) A tiny jade pendant that the students then turned into a necklace.
2) A larger jade piece they later polished to be used as a Guasha tool.
3) A smaller jade piece attached to a cork handle to be made into a small handheld tool.
